Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Mighty Conversions site and supplement the specific conditions in a proposal, agreement or checkout. By purchasing a service or program, you accept the terms shown before confirming the transaction.

Professional services

Each proposal or agreement defines project scope, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, revisions, price and payment terms. That specific document controls the corresponding project if there is a difference.

Educational programs

Each program page identifies its date, format, price, facilitators and included elements. Access is personal and may not be shared. Participants are responsible for providing a valid email, protecting credentials and using compatible equipment and internet access.

Payment, access and refunds

The checkout or agreement identifies the price, currency, applicable taxes, payment methods and refund conditions before you pay. Purchase confirmation and access instructions are sent to the email provided at registration. For help with a payment, access or a refund request, contact hola@mightyconversions.com. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Joining a waitlist is free and does not constitute a purchase or reserve a paid seat. For future editions, the confirmed schedule and purchase conditions will be available before enrollment opens.

Changes or rescheduling

We may make reasonable changes to content, facilitators or platform. If a live session must be rescheduled for circumstances outside our control, registered participants will receive the new date and available options.

Intellectual property

The site, classes, recordings, templates, materials and marks are protected. A purchase grants a personal, limited and non-transferable license. Copying, reselling, publishing, recording, distributing or sharing access without written permission is prohibited.

Results and liability

Content is educational and recommendations depend on each business context. We do not guarantee sales, profit or commercial outcomes. To the extent permitted, Mighty Conversions is not responsible for decisions based solely on the content or interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
