Mighty Conversions specializes in creating and managing customized sales funnels. Our services consist of:

• One-Time Setup Fee: This includes funnel creation and implementation, priced per client based on a custom proposal. Specific deliverables, scope of work, and timelines will be outlined in each client’s custom proposal.

• Ongoing Monthly Service: For clients who choose to have us manage their system, a monthly fee applies. This service includes funnel maintenance, ongoing optimization, and support.

Disclaimer: Mighty Conversions does not guarantee specific results, as the effectiveness of sales funnels may vary depending on factors outside our control.

3. Refund and Satisfaction Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. Once a project begins, all fees are considered final sales. However, Mighty Conversions is committed to client satisfaction through ongoing support, updates, and optimization to maximize results. Specific mechanisms for client satisfaction, such as performance reviews or feedback checkpoints, are available upon request.

4. Subscription and Cancellation Terms

• Initial Commitment: The ongoing management service requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months following the setup to allow adequate time to demonstrate effectiveness.

• Month-to-Month: After the initial period, services shift to a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel at any time with at least one (1) month’s written notice, received 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

• Maintenance Requirement: To keep the funnel operational, clients who opt-out of management must continue to pay a maintenance fee as specified in their proposal to ensure system functionality.

5. Communication Consent

By engaging with Mighty Conversions, you consent to receive communications from us, which may include emails, phone calls, text messages, and other forms of outreach necessary for service updates, support, and marketing purposes. Communications may also include automated messages; however, you may opt out of marketing messages at any time, though essential service-related updates cannot be opted out.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

Mighty Conversions respects your privacy. Any information shared with us is used strictly for service provision, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information will be protected and will not be shared with third parties except as required for service provision. These Terms of Service, along with any specific client agreements, constitute the entire agreement between Mighty Conversions and the client, superseding any previous agreements or understandings, written or oral, related to the services provided.
