What a Mighty system actually does

Follow the work.
See every handoff.

Choose a business journey, then explore each step. See what comes in, what the system does and what your team gets back. These are example architectures—not a fixed process imposed on every client.

An enquiry is useful when your team knows where it came from, what the customer needs and what to do next.

INPUT

Attract & capture

A person responds to a campaign, lead magnet or offer.

WHAT THE SYSTEM DOES

The landing page presents the offer. A form captures relevant requirements and campaign-source information.

WHAT YOUR TEAM GETS

A usable inquiry—not just an anonymous click.

Four areas. Built around your priorities.

What we build.
Working as one.

Explore the deliverables, the ongoing work and the decisions that define each area. Each is scoped around your offers, customers, teams and existing tools.

BUILD & IMPLEMENT

Campaign architecture, conversion assets, channel setup and a measurement plan. Creative and landing-page deliverables are agreed by format, quantity and market.

MANAGE & IMPROVE

Campaign monitoring, content production, audience tests, nurturing and conversion improvements, according to the monthly scope.

WHAT DEFINES THE SCOPE

Offers, buyer personas, channels, languages, creative volume and the number of distinct conversion journeys.

Built for your business. Run with intention.

The build is the beginning.

A connected system needs a clear launch—and a plan for what happens after it. Choose implementation, collaboration with your team or agreed ongoing management.

01

Define the blueprint

Goals, buyer personas, existing tools and the journeys that matter.

02

Build & connect

Design, development, configuration and integrations around an agreed scope.

03

Test & activate

Check the customer journey, handoffs and exceptions before launch.

04

Manage & improve

Content, campaigns, maintenance and reporting—with priorities informed by the work.

A sale isn’t the endpoint. Delivery, retention and performance insights inform the next round of growth.

Mighty Conversion Suite / Integrations

Your tools.
More powerful together.

Connect Mighty Conversion Suite with the platforms your business already relies on. Bring customer context, sales activity and operational updates into the same flow of work.

Sales & customer relationships

Zoho CRM · HubSpot · Salesforce

Connect selected customer records and deal events so your sales process can continue across systems.

Accounting & billing

QuickBooks · Zoho Books

Link agreed customer and invoice data with the next administrative action. Define the source of truth for each record.

Projects & delivery

ClickUp · Asana · monday.com

Turn a qualified opportunity or a closed sale into tasks, ownership and a delivery handoff.

Team communication

Slack · Microsoft Teams

Bring useful alerts, follow-up reminders and exceptions to the channels where your team works.

Workspace & coordination

Google Workspace · Microsoft 365

Connect calendars, forms or selected spreadsheet data to reduce repetitive coordination.

Commerce & payments

Shopify · WooCommerce · Stripe

Use supported order and payment events to coordinate follow-up, onboarding and post-purchase workflows.

Hold → alert → review → retry

Keep the original request, flag the failed handoff and let an assigned person review it before retrying. Deduplication prevents the same event creating a second record. Recovery rules are defined for your actual tools.

Inquiry → customer record → team task → next action

One connected process, with the right information reaching the right people.

Illustrative integration possibilities. Availability depends on the specific app, plan, permissions and supported data. Connections may use an available connector or require a scoped custom integration. We confirm feasibility, direction of sync and costs before implementation.

A system should be testable

Define what “working” means.

Before activation, agree on acceptance checks for the actual customer journey. Examples include:

01

Capture preserves context

An agreed test submission arrives with the required fields and source data.

02

An owner gets the next action

Qualification and routing rules send a test case to the expected team.

03

Exceptions are visible

An agreed failure case produces a visible alert or a defined recovery path.

04

Reports use clear definitions

The team knows what each event and metric includes, where it comes from and what is missing.

These are examples of checks to agree—not claims that a client has achieved a particular result.

Integrated engagement / indicative investment

Scope first.
A clear investment next.

An integrated Growth OS implementation starts with your priorities. Journeys, integrations, teams and ongoing workload determine the final proposal.

Implementation referenceUS$12,000–20,000

USD · Defined scope. Larger systems may exceed these ranges. Advertising spend, platform subscriptions and usage costs are defined separately.

Before we begin

A few things worth knowing.

Do I need every area?

No. Start with a defined capability or combine the areas your business needs. We agree on the deliverables and responsibilities before work begins.

Is Mighty Growth OS a software subscription?

It is an integrated services approach: strategy, implementation, integrations and management. It can combine proven platforms with custom development; third-party subscriptions and usage are scoped separately.

Can you work with our current CRM, store or website?

We assess what can be reused, connected or improved. Platform access, data quality and integration capabilities determine the approach.

What changes the investment?

The number of offers, buyer personas, languages, teams, workflows and integrations, plus migration, custom functionality and recurring workload. We define these before quoting.

Professional service terms

Mighty Conversions is a trading name, not an incorporated company. The responsible service provider must be identified before these terms are published.

Scope and approval

Every project requires a proposal or contract identifying the provider, deliverables, exclusions, timeline, payments, revisions and acceptance criteria. An inquiry or discovery call does not constitute a purchase.

Pricing and third parties

USD ranges are indicative. Taxes, advertising, licenses, hosting, domains and usage must be clarified in the quote. The client retains their accounts unless expressly agreed otherwise and must authorize scope changes.

Ownership and confidentiality

The proposal defines which deliverables transfer, when that happens and which third-party tools or materials retain their licenses. Both parties must protect access credentials and confidential information.

Cancellation and results

Payments, cancellations, refunds, support and termination are agreed before purchase. Sales and profitability are not guaranteed. No term limits mandatory rights. Education programs retain the terms disclosed at purchase.
