Hold → alert → review → retry

Keep the original request, flag the failed handoff and let an assigned person review it before retrying. Deduplication prevents the same event creating a second record. Recovery rules are defined for your actual tools.

Professional service terms

Mighty Conversions is a trading name, not an incorporated company. The responsible service provider must be identified before these terms are published.

Scope and approval

Every project requires a proposal or contract identifying the provider, deliverables, exclusions, timeline, payments, revisions and acceptance criteria. An inquiry or discovery call does not constitute a purchase.

Pricing and third parties

USD ranges are indicative. Taxes, advertising, licenses, hosting, domains and usage must be clarified in the quote. The client retains their accounts unless expressly agreed otherwise and must authorize scope changes.

Ownership and confidentiality

The proposal defines which deliverables transfer, when that happens and which third-party tools or materials retain their licenses. Both parties must protect access credentials and confidential information.

Cancellation and results

Payments, cancellations, refunds, support and termination are agreed before purchase. Sales and profitability are not guaranteed. No term limits mandatory rights. Education programs retain the terms disclosed at purchase.
